Congo INFF National Integrated Financing Strategy

Congo's National Integrated Financing Framework (CNFI) and its strategy provides a platform for the Republic of the Congo to mobilise, align and manage public and private financing in support of the National Development Plan (PND) 2022–2026 and the Sustainable Development Goals. Developed in a context of rising financing needs, constrained fiscal space and evolving global economic conditions, the strategy brings together government, development partners, the private sector and other stakeholders around a shared vision to strengthen domestic resource mobilisation, improve public financial management, crowd in private investment and enhance coordination across financing flows. By identifying key reforms and priority actions across multiple sources of finance, the strategy aims to accelerate sustainable, inclusive growth while safeguarding macroeconomic stability and resilience.
